This knee pillow is a great help for side sleepers dealing with hip pain. It fits comfortably between the knees and provides excellent support, keeping the legs properly aligned while sleeping. I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of ...is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
