Fastest way to get an extreme workout.
I have two sons that are athletes, I bought this to help them train on hot days to get an amazing cardio workout. It is perfect! We have a small pool and laps aren't really an option. The resistance it provides makes the workout tough but rewarding. Wish I bought it sooner.

It’s like having a new pool
I can now swim (laps) until my arms fall off. Crawl stroke, back stroke, breast stroke, I can’t do the butterfly stroke, but I’m sure you could with this. The bungee cord is plenty long and never quits holding you in place. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. And I saved thou$and$ of $$$ rather than getting a stream machine.

Quality - just long enough for my pool
I’m not a strong swimmer so I don’t know if it would work for an intense work out, but for my needs it’s perfect.

Watch waist size. Had to extend it all the way out and it is a little tight. Really like using it!

There's a palm tree next to my pool that I have attached this to...I am now swimming in my tiny 2K gallon pool. Works great, exhausting workout

Long and portable!
Great! When I don't have time to make it to the gym I swim in our tiny pool at home. I have two gym I'm apart of and one has a Jr Olympic size pool and the other is just a small 10 meter pool so I use this there and it's great!
