I marked out places on the map we wish to visit which were not a part of the guide book (just a few as the book is comprehensive). It is the large guidebook made small. I wear glasses but have no trouble with this pocket guide. The best part for me is being able to reference on the city map where we are, and know where we are going. It is very nice to be able to have this in miniature so one does not appear like a completely ignorant tourist (as one does when fighting with a full size map in pubic!). The information in the book is thus easily referenced when on site, or where one is near something close to a site one had intended on visiting. Great product. Probably will go the way of the dinosaur with GPS but sometimes in many parts of the world, GPS is spotty and can get confused.

Great map

Super tiny publication with tiny print.
Super tiny publication with tiny print. About the size of a checkbook, but with smaller pages, rendering it all but useless. There are other pocket guides that are much better, like Lonely Planet Pocket Dublin (Travel Guide) . I generally like Eyewitness Travel guides, but this is the exception. You've been warned! Don't waste your money.
