Q: Is this self leveling?

Hello, Thanks for reaching out. Our Amazing Clear Cast Plus is indeed self leveling starting at an 1/8" depth of pour.

It is very strong, but you have to let it cure for 24 hours..

Q: Can I put this over water based acrylic paint? Or will is leave sink wholes?

I have put it over acrylic paint but I always seal with Rust-Oleum 2x clear so the paint don't move while applying this. And never have had sink holes in my products that I create. Also would take aa torch or heat gun and pop your microbubbles that form in most epoxy
