I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt it deserved to be shared. I recently installed two of these ceiling fans in my living room, and not only do they look fantastic and work perfectly, but the customer service truly went above and beyond. Due to my sloped ceiling, I needed a 24" extension down rod. After purchasing the down rods, I realized I would also need longer wiring to complete the installation. I reached out to customer support with some questions about the electrical schematic and explained my situation. To my surprise, they responded very promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure I was set up for success. What really blew me away was that they offered to send me a compatible extension down rod and the extension wiring I needed—completely taking the stress out of what could have been a complicated situation. It’s rare these days to see a company so willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and I was honestly caught off guard in the best way. As for the fans themselves: they have a memory function, which is great if you want to use a wall switch to turn them on and off—the fans will recall their last settings. When you want to make adjustments, the wireless remote makes it easy. You can even pair multiple fans to a single remote, which is super convenient. All in all, I highly recommend these fans—not only for their sleek design and features but especially for the outstanding customer support. It made all the difference in my experience.

It seems fine. It was cheap. You can see in the video that the outer casing has a wobble that’s really just the barrel not being the same height all the way around. Otherwise the barrel roundness seems fine. Warm light is really yellow, and natural is pretty blue, but again, let’s remember I got it pretty cheap. Operates quietly, remote works fine, and this mounting bracket actually has room for the receiver module and the wiring. I did another one these from another manufacturer and that receiver barely fit with wires. Overall seems fine.

This fan was just installed and looks great. It's very quiet and has a dimmer for the light. I am happy with this fan and I have a second one to install in a second bedroom. Plus it was a super great price.

This is my second purchase. The light on the fan can be dimmed to your taste, and overall the fan looks great. It’s not too large or too small. It’s just perfect. Great quality as I’m still using my first purchase 2 years later.

This fan was crazy hard to install. My husband and I have installed dozens of fans and light fixtures and this fan took us about hour and half and lots and lots and lots of frustration. The instructions weren't clear and jumped around so I would advise you re-read the instructions 3-4 times to make sure you REALLY understand because we would get halfway through the install then have to start over because the instructions weren't clear. The wire nuts were also way too small so we ended up using other ones we had from another project. Lastly, the 3 light settings aren't ideal. The first photo shows the light off, then warm white, brighter white then brightest. You have to mad to use anything other than the warm white setting but as you can see from the photos, my lamps are a warm white and the fan is much brighter. Overall, we really do love the fan. Yea it was a pain in the behind to install but it pushes out a lot of cool air and is practically silent. I plan to buy another for our guest room.

I was looking to replace a 20 year old Litex fan on an 11ft ceiling in a bedroom. I had purchased a Hunter fan at a local big box store a week ago and installed it myself. I quickly realized that the $150 fan I bought had a remote, but it only allowed turning the fan and light on and off - no dimming, and fan speeds were still on the pull strings on my 11ft ceiling.. It wobbled right out of the box, even after adjusting all the screws and attempting to use a balancing kit. I started looking for other options and was drawn in by the remote features and basic white, 5-blade styling on this fan. I unboxed it and notice that the instructions aren't great, but I had a little bit of experience after installing the first one. I was almost finished installing and ran into an issue that other have mentioned here: the control box seems like it does not fit in the bracket! I was up on the ladder swearing as I tried to jam it in after wiring it up. I took it all down and was almost ready to box it up and return it when I realized that there's a little notch in the ball joint that sits in the bracket. INSTALLATION TIP: Line up the groove in the bracket with the ball joint! It will end up dropping into the slot and moving down a few millimeters with juuust enough space to slide the control box in. I needed to arrange the wires on either side of the bracket to get enough slack, but it finally worked! Downrod Fitment: I put this on an 12" Hunter downrod (18" recommended for my ceiling height, but that sits too low and casts a shadow with the recessed lights). The 3/4" diameter rod fit perfectly with the pin and screw holes and does not use the threads as the Hunter fans do. Overall Opinion: I'm happy with the installation after figuring out the control box fitment. I can use a single wire to run both light and fan with dimming and speed controls. This was my main hurdle as I was unable to fit a bulky dimmer switch in my existing wall box with the other smart switch that was in there. I like that I can change the color temp to match my existing lights and adjust the speed. and I won't have to pull out the ladder twice a year just to flip the reverse switch.
