My Drill is not working at all I charge it but still not working any suggest ?

Same problem here. It looks to me like the pin in the charge port of the battery is way smaller in diameter than the hole in the charger, no contact is being made. If you plug it in and press to the side, charger light goes green for a second or 2, then back to red because the connection is sketchy

How can I cancel a order?

Just say cancel and all will be taken care of.

They give 2 batteries 1 not good it's can't take charge

return the whole thing and get a new one.
