Q: Can this be used on the bottom of a 3d printer hot bed [120degreesC] and still hold on with the adhesive?

We do not know for certain. It might be too hot.

Q: Do these sheets have a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) backing, or is the adhesive separate from the sheets?

The sheets are basically like cork stickers. The adhesive is part of the sheet and it has a backing that you remove to expose it. Worked great for putting on the bottom of drink coasters!

Q: is this thin enough to print on?

It is 1/16 inch thick. I don't know what your printer is like but that is too thick for mine. So I think it is unlikely that you can print on it.

Q: Can this be removed from a wall?

The cork can usually not be removed once it is stuck on to the wall.
