Syntrax Nutrition Matrix Protein Powder, Sustained-Release Protein Blend, Milk Chocolate, 5 lbs

I’ve been obsessed with fitness and bodybuilding for over 20 years. I’ve tried dozens of different brands and flavors of protein powders over the years. I know Syntrax is a quality company, so I switched to this protein from another product/brand. I love this stuff! It tastes good, it mixes really well and it digests really well for me. No bloating or gas. It’s also very reasonably priced! $28 for 2 pounds is amazing for quality protein. I love that it also contains egg white protein as well as whey and micellar Casein I will be ordering lots more and I can’t wait to try other flavors!

It tastes amazing. Mixes well(no lumps) & the vanilla taste is not too strong. I like putting fruit in my smoothies & other brands tasted chalky even with fruit & the vanilla didn't mix well with the othwr flavors. I made a blueberry shake yesterday & it tasted great. I'm hooked.

The taste is really good and mixes easily and most important it doesn't upset my stomach!

I'm gonna be confusing. I'm giving it 5 stars but 3 on here.5 because unbiased, altogether, this is great. No problems with the seller, shipping went smooth, product was great, it blended nicely, & tastes like yummy strawberry milk. No chalky flavor or grittiness. It was really good.3 because biased, I had some issues. Still no problems with the seller or shipping. I'd recommend the seller to others. The product was also goodish. It was smooth & did blend nice. Wasn't chalky & no grittiness. The downside was it tasted like milk. I was expecting more of a cream flavor. Milk tastes gross. I tried adding strawberry/chocolate syrup/powder to tone down the milk but it didn't work.If you love strawberry milk, you'll love this. If you don't like the taste of milk, it's probably not for you. I'd use the seller for something else though.

One of my wife's favorite things on earth is a peanut butter milkshake. I recently tried finding her a protein powder that would give her that kind of experience. The very first protein I purchased for her was Syntrax's Peanut Butter Cookie. She instantly fell in love. Later, I got a sample of Ghost's Nutter Butter, but she only had eyes for Syntrax. I wasn't a huge fan of the price so I tried buying Syntrax's Trophix Peanut Butter Wafer which has basically the same ingredients and she wasn't happy, not because that one wasn't also good, but it just wasn't as good as the one she fell in love with. She's receiving a 5lb bag, today, after finishing off a 2lb of this and 2lb of Trophix PB Wafer. Very unsure why anyone would say it clumps. I've tried it, myself, and it's very smooth, although, my wife commented Trophix was smoother, just not quite the same great taste. Personally, I didn't notice much of a difference, but if mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy.

Daily usage. Not as expensive as buying from Syntrax.

Orange Cream wasn't the best tasting flavor as I'd hoped. I expected better as it reminded me of a melted watered down creamsicle I guess? Plus...as much as I tried to shake the shaker, I could not get the clumps out of it unless I used a blender of some type. That was a bit of a let down as well as other brand names seemed to mix better. I'm trying some other flavors to see what happens as other reviews seem to indicate it "mixes well" but we'll see.
