Perfect Pasta
I wish I'd started using this pasta sooner. I've taken pasta making lessons from little old Italian ladies in Italy and this is the closest I've seen any non-homemade pasta come to the taste and texture of authentic Italian pasta. Even the refrigerated "fresh made" pasta doesn't compare. Highly recommend!

Love tha pasta but hate the bugs...
WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE BUGS????? I have found bugs in the pasta DiCecco so many times, and now in my delivery groceries again.....WHYYYYY???

DeCecco is good
An Italian Chef friend told me DeCecco was the best store bought years ago and I have been buying it ever since. The trick is to make it al dente. Took me awhile to learn that the pasta keeps cooking once you drain it so to follow the directions and only cook for 10 minutes.
