Looks good, works great
Needed something to replace an over-the-stove microwave that broke down. This was one of the few that had the correct measurements, but it turned out to be a great choice. We're very happy with it.

Over range microwave
The Microwave is really nice. It works great. The photos regarding the features is noting that I found a dent after the microwave was installed. I’d taken a photo and sent to the installer before installation. I did not realize there was a dent on the top of the frame at that time.

Delivered in great shape.
This was exactly what I wanted.. was able to order and delivered a lot quicker than from local stores.. was fairly easy to install. You need a little muscle, with 2 people installing.. it was replacing one so all pieces & electrical was already in place..

delivery time table was a bit troublesome & confused but, finally delivered just fine.

Missing parts
When item was opened turntable was broken luckily I had another one. Then the bar was bent the part that attaches to the wall. Then there was suppose to be a charcoal filter kit it was not. I look underneath the microwave that's already hung on the wall today August 31st and there's two slots on each side that have something that's missing I'm assuming the charcoal filter goes in one side but what goes in the other side I ordered new charcoal filters that's supposed to be for this actual oven which they do not fit I have to send those back I just like to know what is supposed to be in these two spots cuz it's empty. This microwave is not making me happy at this moment it is also noisy.

Ok but could be better
This microwave is replacing a 20 year old GE microwave. To my surprise this model has fewer features than my prior model. The display is way too bright for clock and status messages (like light up the room bright). Unfortunately there does not appear to be any adjustment for this basic function so the unit now seems out of place with my other GE appliances in the kitchen. Additionally installation was complicated by the design changes in the bracket mounting and exhaust ducting requiring installation changes from my old unit. Why can't GE keep the mounting consistent to facilitate installation of their own products?, another negative.Otherwise it works
