Worst product, it doesn’t even warm the water so boiled water is out of question.

It provides what it is advertised for...
This might not be the best product in its category, but it sufficiently provides the functions it is designed to do. The heating time is slow and will not boil the water as needed, but it can keep my warm drinks hot, and my cold drinks cool to my taste.
