Kensington ErgoSoft Wrist Rest for Slim Mouse/Trackpad, Black (K52803WW)

I was looking for some sort of wrist rest/pad so I could be more comfortable when using my mouse and keyboard, especially when playing pc games. I like resting the part of my arms near my elbow on the edge of the desk, but extended mouse and keyboard use can cause discomfort, because over time the edge of the desk starts to dig into my skin/arm.I tried a different wrist rest but it was too tall and didn't feel right. These low profile wrist rests work perfect and are just the right height for me. Plus, because they have a smooth rubber bottom they adhere to my glass desk really well and don't move at all. I'm very happy with these wrist rests.

This low-profile wrist rest was exactly what I needed to eliminate pain I was experiencing with my old one, which had a higher profile. The old style had worked for me for a long time, but then I started getting aches in my wrist and the thicker pad wasn't comfortable, but neither was working without a wrist rest when I tried that. Enter this nice little pad - just enough for a little support and cushion that helps my wrist stay at an ergonomic angle while I work at my computer all day. The surface is nice and smooth and has enough of a fabric texture to keep my skin from sticking to it in warm temperatures. I use this rest on top of a large, flat mousepad and I also found a low-profile keyboard wrist rest to complete my now greatly improved workspace and comfort.

A must have if you have a trackpad

Not quite as comfortable as I hoped but it is filled with cushy gel. It’s personally a little too firm still. I prefer memory foam since it’s softer and more cushion-y but I couldn’t find a foam low profile wrist rest to go with my slim Magic Keyboard and trackpad... There are inconsistencies in the manufacturing. One edge looks like it should (smooth/rounded) but the opposite end doesn’t look like the other. The bottom also doesn’t really stick to the flat/smooth surface of my wood desk. I’ll probably apply double sided tape so that’s not a deal breaker. Also the packaging has a hole cutout that left a ring on top of the pad that hasn’t gone away in a few days. In all, this is a bit pricey considering the little additional comfort it offers but low profile wrist rests are hard to come by in general.

The alignment with the slim blade isn’t perfectly centered, but the height is well-proportioned. The base has a secure, grippy finish, and the outer material is a thin leatherette with a gel-filled interior for added comfort.Might be the only pad that feel comfortable with the slimblade

I bought this wrist pad to sit below an Apple "Magic Trackpad." I had been using the trackpad for a few days without the Kensington pad, and I was getting ready to return it and go back to a trackball (ironically, a Kensington SlimBlade). Adding this wrist rest totally changed my opinion about using the trackpad.It is not super squishy, but it is "squishy enough" to not feel like a hard surface. The back of it is a glossy rubber that tends to want to stick to glass, so if you have a glass desk surface, it will stay put pretty well, but can easily be peeled off. Your mileage may vary with a wooden or laminate desk.

It slips and slides all over desk ... mine is glass so not sure if that makes a difference. It is comfortable but since it doesn't grip properly, I've had to add double-sided mounting tape to keep it in place. Product claims "Non-skid rubber backing keeps the rest from slipping whether you're working or gaming" and I'm not a gamer so it's really just used for typical work-related typing. I chose to use a "fix" of my own rather than return it. Your mileage may vary.

I bought 2 to replace the 2 I had from 10 years ago! I use them on the edge of my desk where I rest my elbows. This makes working at my desk much more comfortable and stops my elbows from getting sore. I have had elbow issues in the past, and it is not recommended that I lean on my elbows, so this is the perfect way to allow me to not have to think about that/worry about causing further issues.

Super Handauflage für das Touch Pad. Schön flach und angenehm für kleine Hände.

It sticks nicely to the desk and doesn't move around. It also is the exact proper thickness for use with trackpad. Previously my wrist was often on the edge of my desk, this has resolved that and reduced discomfort.
