That the product does what it claims to do.
My remote for Phillips sound bar was cracked so I decided to replace it. I had my doubts that this new replacement remote would work but I was pleasantly surprised that it worked like a charm. All the buttons worked and the price was very reasonable. Glad I purchased this replacement remote.

Not the sams but works
I ordered this remote as a replacement because my old remote started to give out after 5 years. Apon further inspection I realized that the remote was slightly different when I opened it. I waa worried it wasn't going to work. So I tried it on my sound bar and it worked. All the functions without any hiccups despite not being the same exact remote.

Well, it works
I am glad I found a remote that works with this soundbar. My brother gave me his since I dropped mine in liquid (don't ask). Well he misplace the remote which makes the whole unit useless. I don't know why they would design a soundbar that only works/can be turned on with a remote. I need to buy another one so in case I misplace this remote.

Not the original remote so it basically does nothing for my sound bar

Saved Me from Buying a New Soundbar.
Lost the original remote for my Phillips sound bar and was about to buy another one until I found this one. It has more functions than the original and took a few tries before it let me switch between the optical and coaxial digital inputs. Saved $10 over buying direct from Phillip's.
