Update to this review: I used these for about 4-6 weeks and the mic went bad. I was really disappointed because I loved them so much. PLOT TWIST THOUGH!! I was looking at them again to buy them (because I seriously have tried so many types for work and these were far and away the best) and noticed there's a warranty! I contacted the seller and within12 hours, I had a response from them asking for my address to replace them!! And I have emailed a couple of more times to ask questions and been answered in less than 24 hours, even on the weekend. SO - I will be a repeat customer of this store. I will be a repeat buyer of this headset. And if you're looking for a reliable company to work with, this. is. it. Bottom Line. Great Company, Great Customer Support. Would give them more than five stars if possible.If you're looking for truly noise-canceling headsets, keep looking. I can have conversations and listen to outside music with these on. However, they have great sound quality through the mic. I use them for work and have no trouble at all with customers hearing me, and they're comfortable on my ears, which is a big deal. I wear glasses and headsets with smaller ear thingys (that's a technical term) press against the top of my ear and it really hurts by the end of the day. They cover my whole ear so they don't hurt. BUT THE MUTE BUTTON!!! It's on the cord, which means I lean against it and press it against my desk and mute the mic a lot. I have to clip it to the collar of my shirt to stop it from happening. Otherwise, I love them.

Noise cancelling feature is great. Headset is very comfortable as well. No issues here.

TL;DR: One year review. Durable and reasonably comfortable with decent sound quality for calls or gaming.I've been through about half a dozen headphones in the past two years. The phones suffer some kind of mechanical failure within about 6 months: insulation frays or wires disconnect, earcups come off, or the plastic parts crack and snap off. These headphones show no signs of wear after a full year and look to keep on going. Part of the reason is that the main plastic pieces have some flex in them rather than being hard acrylic, so they can absorb impacts from dropping or weight if I accidentally sit on them better.The sound on these headphones is slightly muddy with high tones muffled, so they aren't so great for music or movies. They're fine for Skype/Discord etc or for game audio. Caveat: I'm in my middle age, so it's possible the loss of highs is partly due to hearing loss on my part more than the phones.Comfort is OK: They are lightweight and the earpieces are comfortable, but there is no padding on the headstrap and the adjustment settings are pretty basic.Feature notes:1) The microphone and cable are connected to the right side ear piece. The microphone can flip over to use on the left side, but then the stereo positioning is inverted. This is OK for online calls, but not for gaming. If your software supports inverting stereo channels, it can be worked around.2) The control buttons are inline in the cable. This design avoids transmitting noise to the microphone when switching on or off, but has been a source of line fraying or disconnects for me on other models/brands. So far these are holding up fine.

I do not have anything negative to say about this headset. They are firm on my head. Sound is loud and clear. The ear cushions feel amazing around my ear. The area around my ears are really sensitive so any pressure will cause me irritation and a headache. They are not noise canceling in terms of you cannot hear the noise around you. They are noice canceling in terms of the person you are talking to while using them cannot hear what’s going on around you in your end. I just started working for U-Haul and during a mock call my dog started barking at the valet trash man. I apologized to my classmates and instructor and they all said they did not hear anything. Mind you, he was in the same room as me. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! I will be buying two more sets as backups. If you are working from home, GET THESE! I wish they came in wireless as well, but the cable is really long so I am able to get from my seat to stretch my legs.

The headset worked great for the first 4 months. The sound still works great and cancels out the rest of the noise around me so that I can hear everything clearly. However, after about 4 months, the microphone went out. Any time I use it, the people I am talking to complain that they can barely hear me, even if i have the microphone turned up all the way and the mouth piece right next to my mouth touching my lips. Since I work on a service desk, the customers I am talking to need to be able to hear me and therefore this headset has become useless and needs to be replaced after only 4 short months. If you don't need to talk to anyone then the sound is great for watching movies, etc. However, if you need to talk and be heard on conference calls, etc, then this product does not last very long. Even for the low price, I expected to get more than 4 months out of it. I would NOT recommend this product.

I only used them for 1 hour and my ears were hurting. The adjustable headband is too short and doesn’t extend enough, making the headset uncomfortably tight. Granted my head size is above avarage (24 inches circumsference), but is not gigantic.

Great volume control. Professional features similar to plantronics but better! Noise cancellation works great. I have a roof a/c unit above me while working and no one can hear it. Over the ear muffs help keep some of the outside noise out while still being able to clearly hear your caller and be heard with no outside noise. I have tried several different units from other companies and the bang for the buck is right here with these! The ONLY downfall is I have a large head and had to fine tune the adjustments to be able to wear comfortably for an 8 hour day but after that they have been perfect.
