The battery fits perfectly in the PSP. You can put the back door on it and it will also fit perfectly with no issues. Definitely buy this one!

Swallen battery
The battery I received looked Aw Allen like the one I already had but slightly thinner. I was able to squeeze it in the psp console but it pushes the battery cover out a little. This appeared to be an old battery. If it is new it’s not made with ORM specifications. I’m a little dissatisfied with this product.

Not a good oem replacement
I bought this battery to replace a non functional oem batter in my Sony PSP-1001. It would charge up from dead to 100 percent within 45 minutes, which is a bad sign right off the bat. Sitting unused, it would not hold a charge longer than a week. I played the PSP and it went dead after 3 hours. For the price, I guess it works? Look elsewhere for something of better quality. The packaging was decent, for what it's worth.
