I strongly recommend BBTing when trying for baby! It's the most accurate way of knowing when your ovulating. Despite what is written about it having to be the same time each time, I didn't! I have a SEN child so getting interrupted sleep every night just doesn't happen in my house. If I woke at 4am and I know I went to bed at 10:30, then I would use that reading. I would also the temp then check the time and if it was uninterrupted for 3+ hours, I used that reading. I don't have a partner so I couldn't just do a BD every other night. I have a wonderful private donor. So this will keep your temp reading for a short time. It gives you long enough to check it. It worked very well for me. I was able to track multiple cycles with it and pin point my ovulation. As I'm now pregnant, I know my method worked. It's good value for money as the battery lasts a long time and you get a spare in the box. Don't waste your money on backlit ones, this does the job just as well and at a fraction of the cost.

Good bbt thermometer. I have PCOS so I can have multiple LH peaks throughout a cycle but that doesn’t always mean I’ve ovulated. Using this to track bbt alongside using ovulation test strips has definitely helped me to pinpoint exactly when I have ovulated. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I think the beeping can be quite loud, especially when it’s early morning and the screen does not light up so difficult to see on those darker mornings.

I've had this thermometer for one month - it was great at first really accurate but the battery has now died, I've put a new one in and it still doesn't work.

Good value for money and quality. Been trying for over 6 months and unfortunately no exciting life changing news but very accurate on my period and easy to use, no discomfort or pain. Great design

I don’t usually write in depth reviews but I feel this needs one. I would highly recommend this product used along side, conception tablets and pre mom ovulation testing kits and there app. After 2 years off trying and no success I started using this as advised per the pre mom app at beginning off February and got a positive test on the 3rd April although after dating scan turns out we conceived at beginning of March. I think knowing my temp and sinking it with the app along with other stuff used has deffo helped us and Just to add we had also been to the doctors for blood work to check nothing was wrong with either of us but all was clear.
