I’ve been using these electrolyte packets daily and they work extremely well. They mix easily, taste great, and have no sugar, which I really appreciate. I notice better hydration, energy, and fewer muscle cramps during the day. The variety pack keeps it from getting boring, all flavors are pleasant. High quality product that I’ll definitely keep buying and recommend.

One of the few hydration mixes that has more potassium than sodium (2x). It’s also hard to find hydration mixes without artificial sweeteners and artificial colors. That’s where this one is different from the others. The only downside to the raspberry lemonade is that it does taste too sweet. I counter this by adding powdered lemonade or lemon juice. Then I think it tastes great.

I bought this sample pack to see what flavors I liked with the intention of purchasing a tub of my favorite flavor. The problem; I really enjoyed a majority of the flavors. Here is a rundown of the flavors, and what I thought of the taste; Raspberry and Lemon-You can taste both flavors in this drink. It was very good Lemonade-Not sure why there are some haters here, but the lemonade was very good. It tasted like a mild lemonade, with no aftertaste. Orange-Really liked this flavor. It tastes pretty much like McDonalds Hi-C orange. Strawberry Lemonade- It does taste like strawberry and lemonade. Very good. Pomegranate and Cherry-This was horrible. I was bummed because I love pomegranate seeds. This tasted like watered down, stale blood. I threw away all 4. Tangerine- Very good. Tastes like Fanta orange soda that's non-carbonated. Grape-Ok. Go with me on this one. It immediately tasted like blueberry lemonade, but 3 seconds later, the aftertaste is grape Kool-Aid. It's pretty good. I'll continue with the sample packs as I liked most of them, and other than the pomegranate, I'd be happy with a multi serving tub of any flavor.

I need the potassium and am sick of taking so many tablets. This item is the only thing that offers enough potassium and I can put it in water so its easy. However this item is too sweet and has a funny aftertaste...probably the stevia. No returns because its a food item. Dr Berg products have been solid and worth every penny so I had to find a way. I just add one of these packets AND one Propel powder packet to my 32 or 40 ounce water bottles, shake it up with an ice cube and drink it throughout the day. Totally fixes the taste and I get the vitamin and mineral benefit from both. Costs about the same as tablets and is easier to deal with daily. I just match the Dr Berg flavor with the Propel flavor and it blends well. Sometimes I add chopped up frozen lemon as ice cubes in the lemonade flavored ones.

Does it taste GOOD? No, absolutely not. Decent fragrance and a fantastic source of potassium lacking in most mixes- unfortunately potassium is a bit bitter so that comes with it. I have Gitelmans Syndrome so high potassium is super important and I appreciate this being available, though I wish it didn’t contain sweetener which adds to the aftertaste and it would be nice if it had more sodium. The portable packets and high K level will make this my go to when traveling.

It’s alright. If you’re a big fan of the salty taste rather than sweet then stick with LMNT. Regardless of the sweetener on these is organic but I just dislike the sweet taste. 100% prefer my electrolytes salty rather than sweet.

The biggest standout is the higher magnesium content, which is hard to find in most electrolyte mixes. I can genuinely feel the benefits when I drink it. I started using this after a recommendation from my carnivore doctor and my brother, and I trust Dr. Berg and his health guidance, which gave me confidence in the product. The taste is decent and not overpowering—even my kids drink it without complaints. It mixes well and is easy to use daily. Only con: it’s sweetened with stevia, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, a solid electrolyte option, especially if magnesium is a priority. I’ll keep repurchasing.

I love his products. Well thought out and developed. Taste great. I have one everyday with water or seltzer. I also will use it in an alcoholic drink when I occasionally have one. The packets are great for travel too.

Best product as claimed by Dr Berg Hate it when you ordered from Amazon only once and they don’t carry it anymore but sold by other sellers rack up the prices up so much

I'm very upset about the taste of this product. It's tastes horrible and the package when I opened it had powder residue all over it and when checking to see if 8 can return the product it says non returnable and non refundable for this product on Amazon.ae... very frustrating because it was quite expensive to purchase.
