Sorry, Christina. I have no idea of what a Rocketbook is. All I know is that these pens work well for a quilter. Lines placed on fabrics for sewing disappear when the quilt is ironed.

Can this be used with pilot frixion ballpoint pen biz 2?

Not familiar with term "Biz 2" We use the Frixion pen for quilting, using a hot iron on the quilt after sewing on the pen lines, as the heat completely removes any ink marks on the quilt
