Works great, very quiet to the point you don’t even hear it running , the only CON is there’s no on/off switch, you have to plug and unplug for it to work

I had a similar pump from another Chinese brand that pumped great but developed a squeal on the bearings that I had to return because it would prematurely fail I was sure. This pump like the other Chinese brand installed nicely and so far is very quiet. But I’m sure I won’t get 20 years out of this like my old Hayward pump. So at this price I’m going to buy a spear. So far it runs great lots of pressure and I’m please Life expectancy to be determined

Do not buy this pool pump! We purchased this July 2,2025. We used the pump for two months and then my husband drained the pump and stored it in our barn. He took it out this July 2026 to set the pool back up. When he plugged the pump in it no longer worked. I know it has been past the return policy and I would not have reached out but you expect to get more than two months out of a pool pump! I reached to Amazon and they would not help me at all! They provided me with info to reach out to the seller and I haven’t heard anything from them yet! I didn’t buy the pump from the seller of the pump I purchased from Amazon and would have thought they would stand behind their sellers—wrong, wrong and even more wrong! I have been happy with Amazon in the past but they have definitely failed me this time! I’m not asking for a refund just a replacement!

I intentionally waited a good long while to review this pump. I was afraid that for as cheap as it is, that it wouldn’t last long. It has worked out really well and runs nearly 24/7. It is relatively quiet and has a good strong output. Bought this a bit oversized for our in ground pool as I did the salt chlorination system. I rarely have to touch the pool now!

We bought this is April of 2024, installed worked well until we opened back up for this season 2025 and its leaking underneath where the motor part is at, it started out as a small drip now its a steady stream/leak. I have raise the water level in pool atleast every other day due to leak. If you purchase this product please be sure to add the warranty for the extra 20ish dollars cause now we are having to replace it again just a little over 1 year of having installed it. Bummer. We will try and take it apart to see if we can fix it before replacing but that is still a big inconvenience. 06/21/2025 update, the whole motor is burned up so we cant fix it.
