1. scchwarz vom Motor = Access Hub DRY-NO 2. grau vom Motor = minus vom 12v/24v Netzteil (z.B. MEANWELL HDR-60-24 60W 24V 2.5A) und 3. braun vom Motor & das + vom Netzteil zusammen auf den Access Hub DRY-COM

Both hubs have continuity through the normally open side of the dry contact. I managed a work around by adding a 12 relay to the powered side (which is what the dry NO is supposed to do). I confirmed my power supply is .25amps and the unit is rated for 1 full amp. Contacted Ubiquiti and hopefully they do something about it.
