These are really fun! We only had one that wasn’t solid but I’d order again.

One was missing package was open. Smaller than shown.

Our child is a huge rock and geode fan and this was a perfect gift. He and his siblings spent an hour cracking open their geodes and finding out the color of the inside. This is a great kit for beginners, as the rocks aren’t too hard for littles to crack open. Great product!

I was so excited to purchase these geodes and couldn't wait for them to arrive. When they did, I was happy with the assortment of size. 3 were the size of large apricots, 1 the size of a small avocado and the last was about the size of a peach. I used a tile saw to open them as I was afraid a hammer would destroy the inner beauty. I cut the first, and was amazed. Cut the 2nd, and more amazement. Cut the 3rd and was a bit disappointed, there was barely any empty space. Cut the 4th. Solid. I still had hope for the last and largest to be the best and most beautiful. But no. Solid. My heart dropped. Lesson learned. I will not purchase from again from this company.

This showed larger geodes. They were very small. One looked like it was a chip. No stars!!!

I don't know much about geodes. I got these for my 5 year old son and they were a hit. Nice size rocks. Really pretty inside but they're all white.Good price for what you get.If you're using a hammer, you should start out with light taps. They crush a little easier than you might think.

I did not get to see the recipient open or smash the gift but she told me it was amazing and fun. Great value for the money and a lot of fun as a gift!
