Melatonin that actually works!
Most melatonin brands I've tried haven't helped with sleep and/or gave me headaches, but this works well for me. My husband didn't like the morning grogginess, but that wasn't an issue for me.

Best brand I’ve tried so far
This brand really helps me sleep. I’ve tried a lot of melatonin products the 5mg in this brand is by far my favorite. I seriously recommend. Taste is not horrible better than most, not something you would go out of your way to eat or anything. I will be purchasing lots more.

I use this for my 5 1/2 yr old
Non habit forming but helpful on tough nights when she’s restless the taste isn’t bad for young ones and they are small enough and dissolve as to not cause choking hazards. I wouldn’t advise not using every night but to help settle little ones on tough nights.
