Antique Coin Corzetti Stamp

Bought this for my Italian husband who knows how to use it. It worked just fine.

Christmas 2016 I gave this to my dad as a gift so we could make corzettis the next December (2017). A couple weeks ago, he opened the bag for the first time so we could start making pasta. THIS ITEM BROKE AFTER USING IT THREE TIMES.For $40 the item should have NEVER broken, let alone only after a few times use.I believe in good customer service so I contacted the seller to have them ship us a replacement since it was faulty. The settler WOULD NOT work with me, regardless of their poor product because I had purchased the item last year.I would NOT recommend this item, or these sellers. If you produce an item that BREAKS, you should have the decency to replace it. Poor product, even worse customer service.
