This is a good, tough product. It is strong & rugged to easily survive outdoors and it is well built to perform efficiently even in the heat and rain of India. The packaging of product is not very good and it was dusty when opened. But a quick clean up showed that the filter was new and ready for fitting. Cleaning is very easy because of the small outlet at the bottom. You don't have to open the whole filter. In fact, running water can quickly clear out the mud. It is a good idea to purchase an extra filter cartridge from the company in case the mainline water has too much debris and filter has to be cleaned thoroughly. Simply pop in the extra filter while keeping aside the dirty one for washing later. In my experience the company selling this filter is very professional and responds quickly to clients. It is a good value for money durable product.

The filter is a mesh good for filtering very fine dust and dirt. Cleaning the gilter is also easy job.

Good product. Extra filter cartridge should be provided for a reasonable price. Cartridges available otherwise in Amazon are very much over priced.
