It fit and does the job.
Totally did the job and is working great. I went to Harbor Freight to get one of these, guess which size was the only one they didn't have. This fit well, was easy to install and has held up well. My hand truck is now fully functional.

They hold air!!
Arrived as advertised. Installed them and tires now hold air. Appear to be good quality. Installed them in tubeless tires (after removing tubeless air valve-cut valve and slipped cut off lower portion of rubber valve onto tube steel valve on outside of rim to hold steel valve in place when installing tube and filling with air) with no issues. Looking forward to installing tires on yard aerator this spring and not having flat tires to deal with when using this spring.
