Happy with the purchase!
I have been struggling with acidity right from my childhood. I have tried a lot of products to curb this issue, be it ayurvedic or probiotics. But nothing seemed to completely solve the problem. One of my friends recommended me this product, and i must confess it has brought a great change. I haven't had any acidity issues post taking this. Hopefully it stays the same.

I am not if it’s good or bad. Should i take this immediately after my meals or after 30mins or after 2 hours? I don’t see much difference. If someone can help about what time to take this maybe..

It is best for gut health. I got better relief from constipation as well as from the piles. Also Stopped itching of the psoriasis.

Even if you take the them after the meal it still causes bloating

Too Expensive
One can get 60 billion CFUs from a Yakult bottle worth INR 18. My friend bought a bottle and it did not do any good to him
