It's creatine, can't go wrong. Good price, does its job. Tastes like nothing, good quality. Scoop sizing might be misleading.

Really there’s no taste at all. I just think it’s more so the thought because the water is cloudy that make me anxious 😬!! I just started three days ago. I’m trying to debate how I want to take just. I took it pre-work out the first day really to see how it makes me feel while I’m working out ,and when I say I honestly thought I was Super Women!! The next day I tried it post wrk out and I can say it helps with the recover process. Far as results to soon to tell; however, the way it makes you feel while your at the gym, I’m sure there will be nice results! TBC

I enjoy this creatine powder very much! It's not gritty or clumpy and it doesn't have a strange taste (as some can have). It blends in so well to my water, that you can't even tell anything is in it. I've had much more expensive brands that I have had to keep shaking or mixing up the water to get it to not just sit on the bottom of my bottle. I'm very pleased with my purchase, as it's always worrisome to try new supplements, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. My only complaint is with the scoop in the container. The handle is so ridiculously long that once you take it out, it's pretty difficult to get it back in the container and be able to screw the top on. I feel as though I'm having to dig a giant hole in the middle of the powder, risking it spilling out the sides, just to get the scoop back in. I know this will get better as I use the powder down, but it's rather annoying the first 10 to 12 days of a new container.

Taste: adds like 3% tanginess to a drink—not bad, but not completely tasteless Texture: does not completely dissolve in a cold beverage. Even after sitting in liquid, it’s still gritty (see picture) Performance: I am much less sore this time around rejoining the gym than I have before while getting back into shape. I can’t complain there. And I have seen massive gains (I’m pretty thin, 5’6”, 135#, so it’s easier to see on my frame), and am pretty impressed by the progress I’ve seen in the past 4-5 workouts. This mixed with the Kaged pre workout definitely helped fuel my workouts for the better. All in all, it’s a good product with a significant flaw. Not the worst for me because I can get over the texture.

I am usually sore on a heavy day. I have been drinking a +20 oz bottle of water and adding the correct usage and drink on it throughout the day. I noticed a different. I have had it for 4+ days. You can mix it in any beverage. I am making sure to get it in my system.

This product works for me! I just bought my 3rd creatine. ea serving is 5G of Creatine. Mix it with Your bcaa or protein. Don't drink it by itself unless you chug it otherwise put it in with something else. No creatine taste good by itself

Initially the product was great the gains were prominent. But after a few months i noticed bloating a lot, to stomach and I work out 3x a week religiously. Unfortunately I’ll have to discontinue and try a new brand.

Going into buying any powder supplement, I try to make sure that the flavor is what i expect it to be, and taste good. This creatine blew me away because of how many servings it had, how cheap it was, and how it had no taste. I can add this to plain water and not taste a thing. Now, I haven't seen a noticeable difference in my body, but I am rarely sore after a good workout. Hats off to the makers of this.
