I purchased these for my 1.5 year old and 5 year old. These were recommended over the NovaFerrum-liquid due to the absorption and concentration levels plus it doesn't stain like the liquid. They are pretty tasty, not chalky and kid approved.They are recommended for bariatric patients so they work for me and my kiddos with anemia and restless leg syndrome.The bulk supply is handy considering how much we need them and they don't ship as quickly since they come from a third party. I wish I could get them in two days like other prime items but it's usually closer to 7-10 days. Other than that, they are great!

Ordered this for my child, my child was found to have low ferritin level. The pediatrician recommends this brand. So far my child has not had any side effects as he has just started taking. pediatrician recommend not eating any calcium foods like dairy 3h before or 3h after taking this supplement. I am unsure what to rate at this time because he wont' get his blood work rechecked for 2 months per dr recommendation.
