can i use this on my raspberry pi arcade im runing sound thru audio to 5.1 pc spekers setup will this stop hiss on speakers?

Depending on your setup, no. It will strip low-end signal entirely and affect the audio negatively: I tried on a PC 5.1 system (on the stereo pair 3.5mm main pair) and it stripped all the low-end frequencies.

Will this work with 250ohm headphones hooked up to a gloxlr mixer?

Yes. you won't run the headphones into this though. You can find videos online on how to properly use but You'l want to connect this to your PC/ Go XLR depnding on the in/output causing the noise.

I have a Amplifier and a dsp like a eq but digital I get humming and buzzing noises where do I plug these in?????

I’ve got mine plugged in to the aux on my car stereo, which is also the amp, so my best guess in your case would be to plug this into your amp, and then plug your DSP device into this noise isolator. Your may be different, course, as yours is a different setup, but you could always test it at the various connection points. It definitely works in my car, though.
