Great tool for old people, just set on a bench so you don’t have to get on the floor, easier for old people!!

We both found this item to be Poorly Built - Would Never Stand The Test of Time. The handles bent the first time it was used. The one good thing was they took it back and issued a refund.

I was so glad that I bought this an trainer before we have been ordered stay home. I can’t go to gym as usual this ab trainer keeps me fit while I WFH. It’s really to put together and very sturdy. The adjustable height allows you to find a comfortable position and do different exercises for different family members. It doesn’t take too much space and could be easily move from room to room. We really love it. Sometimes we also use it as a extra sitting when we are relaxing on the floor. Lastly, good for people who are looking for inexpensive well-made bench.

A nice idea but the metal is thin and the add on sections are very poor and bend and flex too much. If you want to use this everyday you need a good quality steel and frame and unfortunately this is not it. So I would recommend finding something more robust and better quality.
