Brilliant until it broke
I have had this for about 6 months and it has been wonderful, definitely worth the slightly more pricey cost. Unfortunately, I have managed to break one of the grabber sides off. I have a feeling it's because once or twice I've leant on it, a bit like a walking stick. I am going to try gluing it, because I don't tend to pick anything really geavy up with it But I am going to buy another, and not be such a silly person with it! It's amazing for closing my curtains from my armchair. I'm disabled, and my curtain rail is really high. So even if i could stand, it's high up anyway, and I'm short. So I use the extra reach of the 40" grabber to be able to pull the curtains at the top and make them fully closed. Sometimes picking things up can be a bit tricky when it comes to putting it into my hand, just because the 40" is slightly too long. I migjt try the 36", so I've still got loads of reach, but have a tiny bit less to argue with when trying to put an item into my hand from it. I would say it definitely holds a lot more weight than my cheaper grabbers. I haven't overly tested it, but I have picked up a full 500ml brown glass liquid medicine bottle with it, and they're pretty heavy and a tricky shape/texture for grip. The grabber "fingers" have lots of grippy bumps. My guinea pigs have munched on them slightly, unfortunately. I do use it to help guide them home/away from wherever they are without having to get down on the floor with them and scoot around. It's also great for helping to clean out their cages as i can reach across to straighten blankets and what not. I find the locks on the folding sections to be very sturdy. I don't tend to fold it up, as I'm using it all the time, but they don't give way like some cheaper ones. It has the changeable angle for the gripper bit, so it can be inline or perpendicular to the handle. The handle is easy to hold (I have fairly small hands), and isn't stiff or difficult in anyway (my hands can be a bit hard to use). I often find myself using this in various places in my house. I have 1 cheap one in my bedroom for my curtains in there, but I will be replacing that, too, eventually. Fully converted tk the EzPick grabbers! Totally worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale.

Exactly as described and just what I wanted.
Only received this a couple of days ago so cannot vouch for its longevity, but so far I am delighted with it! I bought a grabber previously and found it was not up to the job whereas this one has easily, and safely, lifted cans from the top shelf of the cupboard in the kitchen. The length of the grabber ('litter picker') means I have to use both hands on it, but it is ideal for getting things out of our cupboards now that osteoporosis has caused me to become shorter than when they were put up! I love the fact that the grabbing end can be easily rotated but is then locked into position. I can see that this tool will be getting a lot of use!

Seems a good quality, long Grabber & it folds up....
Chose this Grabber, as mine got somewhat damaged. Firstly liked the fact it folded up. Then I was surprised how long it was, as I'm tall, I hadn't been aware one my other ones was fairly short. So I was interested to see how it would be, then I had the most unexpected reason to use it: I literally dropped a tub of tiny Vitamins all over the floor in the kitchen! I had to pick exactly 50 capsules up, one by one! Boy was I glad I had this longer grabber. So far so good.

Good quality
We were not sure whether to buy this product as opposed to other similar products but are glad that we did so. The quality of manufacture seems good and it helps that it can be folded up when not in use and it picks up objects well. For example we have not had it for long but have tested it so far on household objects indoors and on fallen leaves outdoors and it performed well, ideal for people of an age when bending down is no longer a preferred option!

Versatile but simple
Have bought this in advance of major surgery. It seems very effective in terms of usage. I really like the option to swivel the head from horizontal to vertical. The magnet works well, albeit with small items. Very easy to fold and unfold - I am 5ft 6ins and 32ins is comfortable length. For now, grabber is folded and hanging on hook in utility room. Storage so easy. Would recommend this without hesitation.

Fantastica
Recomendable 100%
