Ordered this item and after 4 months the pedal detached and it stopped working. Contacted customer support for AGARO more than 15 times but they never sent any technician to fix the issue even though the product game with 1 year warranty.

It's a nice product for person like me who has sedentary life style can do a work out while attending virtual meetings.

The product arrived quickly and was really easy to assemble, just follow the video posted here. I have used it for 10 days now and it has worked as promised, no problem encountered or issue found. Perfect size to be placed under desk and used. Happy with my purchase!
