What are the distances between the holes? Both, the panel holes and the wall mounting holes.

Thanks for looking and your patience. The center to center hole distance is 1 inch on the bracket and 3 inches for the end holes on the base with a third hole in the center. We have an updated drawing that should be visible on the website.

could I use brackets to reinforce vinyl fence?

This will work with a 1 in. panel. We have brackets available for 1/2", 7/8" and 1-1/4" panels as well. We also have stamped steel brackets which might be easier to paint if that required.
