How to fix the wheels of the cart

Tried but seems the wheel fixing is different for this organizer

How nmuch weight can it hold? Can it be used for placing counter top oven or airfryers?

It can hold, but I wouldn't recommend, since the opening and folding mechanism is "sway" type from the side to stand straight, so unless the structure is supported not to sway fold closed, don't depend on it
