Aviator Photochromic Night-Vision Glasses

Only thing I don't like is the gold on the rims but that's on me because that's what I picked out. I plan to order another pair down the road. They adjust to light as they said they would. I work maintenance and glasses tend to get bumped and dropped. These so far have held up. I'd recommend them.

I have used these for years. I particularly like the automatic darkness based upon the time of day.

Good for driving in night or in the rain. Did not darken to be able to wear on a sunny day. They stayed yellow.

I'm one of those small sportscar drivers who is disproportionately affected by ridiculously bright new LED headlights on massive trucks & SUVs shining right into my eyes. Blue eyes + astigmatism in both doesn't help. I also drive a LOT, especially in the evenings, for very long periods of time (yay college to hometown drives! 🙄). These glasses, while obviously not miraculous, greatly reduce the glare from LED headlights and the intensity with which they affect my vision. Definitely helps to make night drives on California freeways feel safer.

The tint changes with the lighting as advertised... unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star rating due to the poor quality lenses. Looking around while wearing them gives me a vertigo like feeling due to the flaws. Even if I'm focusing on stationary objects there is a blurriness that makes it difficult to read letters and numbers of street signs and addresses. For now I'll stick to my $10 pair of glasses from Target until I find a better option. I'd recommend skipping online shopping for sunglasses unless you are buying a more reputable brand such as Ray Ban/Oakley's...etc.

Can't say enough about these!!! The only negative is I wish they were made in other frame styles, just DON'TCHANGE THE LENS!!!! The lenses are awesome. This style is a better fit for men, but I wore them anyway and love them! I have major vision issues so the tints at each stage are perfect. The yellow is great for driving no matter day/night. It transitions to a yellowish gray with more sun exposure then to a darker yellow-gray color with full exposure.

Really does not darken much but helps when driving. For the price its a keeper. On par with my $200 Foster Grant. I will use these if there is a chance of damaging my F.G. eyeware
