The only thing that helps me eat less sugar
This product is genius! I have a huge sweet tooth and candy & desserts are my weakness. If it's there in front of me I don't have the willpower to say no or stop after a few bites. Did not disrupt sweet taste
This did not work for me at all. I popped one in when I got the afternoon sugar crave. I chewed it for several minutes, but before long (maybe 10 mins?) the texture was bad. About to disintegrate. Spit it out and was still craving some sugar so I decided to use this craving to test. Got a KitKat. It was sweet as heck. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Really Works!
Wow! I have a major sweet tooth. This helps so much. Chew a piece of gum for a few minutes, and food tastes gross! This keeps me from drinking pop all day; it's easier to stick to water because it doesn't have a bad taste.

Cheap container fell apart
For such an expensive product -10 $ for some dozen pieces of chewing gum - one expect the container in which it is packed to shut . This didn’t and I lost most of the chewing gum pieces. I opened and closed the container only three times. The third time it broke and all pieces of the gum fell on the street. Sheer waste of your money. Stay away!

Does not block sugar taste
These are large-ish and soft. They're good mints, but they don't do anything to block sweet/sugar taste. I chewed one for five minutes, then tested with an Airheads... no difference. These are expensive for just mints.

If I could give it 0 I would
Honestly. Just go buy some minty gum, it works better and is cheaper. These gums tasted minty for like 1 minute then tasted like I was eating putty. I was not curved from sugar. However! If you do need something, I have found that normal very minty gum is great for this because it is low in calories and makes your mouth feel refreshed and is a heck of a lot cheaper and more reliable then this stuff.

Disgusting taste
Has a super powerful mint taste that’s almost chalky then turns into sticky gum. Didn’t do much to curb my sweet tooth. It also said its eligible for returns, but then when I try to return it I’m not allowed to be refunded or return.
