Great flavor

Not getting much at the Maple notes I was expecting, but they provide great smoke

Great to use with the small smokers. Maple chips is a MUST for smoking especially for Smoked Manhattans!

My Cameron stovetop smoker came with a few basic varieties of wood chips that I have enjoyed experimenting with. This is a new flavor of chip for us to try, and the price is low enough that it isn't too expensive to splurge on a new taste.

Best chips for small box smokers

The best way of preparing fish. Better than frying or, even baking.

Much smaller than expected
