Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very happy with this deodorant so far. It's unscented, but I don't smell! It's so hard finding a truly non-toxic deodorant, but this is a good option! No fragrance, no parabens, no phthalates or heavy metals (aluminum). Holds up great under high heat (accidentally left in my car in the summer heat and didn't melt). Glides on smooth. No residue. Great product!

I had switched to a non aluminum deodorant several years ago. I tried several that were rated very high. Landed on one that was good but would still have sour under arms at the end of the day. 🤢 Finally found this product. What a difference. It is so good. Worth the money. My wife even switch to it. I absolutely love the Native Coconut & Vanilla deodorant, and this is my second time ordering it! The scent is amazing it smells exactly like the name, sweet and delightful.It glides on so easily and smoothly. This smooth application def. has to be because of the ingredients like coconut oil and shea butter.I work out a lot, and it definitely covers the smell effectively, even during intense sessions. It works so well at blocking out odor, which is a huge plus for me.However, it's IMPORTANT to know that Native is aluminum-free, which means it's a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. Antiperspirants use aluminum to block sweat, but since this one doesn't it won't stop you from sweating! I sweat a lot, and because it doesn't block that, I do find that the white deodorant can sometimes slide down my arms, especially during excessive sweating. The good news is even with the sweat, there's no odor!Like many deodorants, it will leave white streaks on your clothes, so if you're putting on a colored shirt, be aware of that.Overall, if you prioritize amazing scent and excellent odor protection in a natural this is a great choice. Just be prepared for sweat to be running down your arms if you're a heavy sweater like me!

I quite like this deodorant. The scent is pleasant but not overwhelming. It’s not going to clash with your perfume or the like. I had to go 48 hrs without a shower recently and it seemed to do its job. I was worried about white marks on my clothing based on other reviews, but I haven’t experienced that. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the feel of putting it on. It doesn’t have much glide—but I think the discomfort is that I’m used to a crystal roll-on. And the last time I used a natural deodorant stick it was much more slick. But hey—that deodorant stick didn’t do its job.It does feel like you’re putting a physical barrier on your pits or something, and the crystal roll on that works just as well doesn’t give me that feel. Then again, this seems to prevent sweat in a way the roll-on can’t. What can I say—I’ll keep using both depending on occasion and weather. I prefer the feel of the roll-on that won’t block pores and isn’t at all sticky, but during a humid summer I guess it’s nice to have a natural option that also minimizes underarm sweat.

It changed the color of all my clothes I wore with it!!! I was so sad to discover this, because I absolutely loved the smell of this deodorant and felt it had good odor control. But sadly if I did anything outside (more sweat than just sitting in A/C) it changed the color of the armpits in my tshirts... It could just be a reaction with my sweat but I would recommend wearing tshirts you do not care about when you first try it out. I still give it a 3/5 because I absolutely loved the smell and wish it worked out for me.
