I've been using this product for about a month taking one pill in the morning and another at night. I have not noticed any difference or change. I was given a second bottle as a promotion. I will continue to use and update if I notice anything new.

Nothing to really dislike. I like how when I open the bottle it smells like raisins lol, which is a plus cause personally I like raisins. This should go with out saying don’t eat the pills lol swallow them only 2 a day. Furthermore great product highly recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

My husband decided grow out his beard, but noticed that there were patches with little to fine hair growths. He has purchased this product twice and states that the hair grows in more evenly and faster. He’s notice that his skin has become smoother and more youthful, due to the use of this product. There high amount of vitamin b which maybe contributing to this side affect. This is the only vitamin my husband has actually taken regularly without fail.
