Size chart is wrong .

I ordered "34" size but it was tight from my shoulders side. Then I exchanged this item from "34" size to "36" size but still it is not fit in size. As the measurements written in size chart which is totally wrong . The 36 size is too big . This is so disappointing . 😤😤😤
