Simple upgrade that makes glasses much more comfortable
These little silicone nose pads make a surprisingly big difference, especially if your glasses constantly slide down your nose or sit awkwardly on your face. They add a bit of extra grip and cushioning without making the glasses feel bulky or uncomfortable. Application is very easy as long as you clean the glasses properly beforehand. Once the surface is cleaned well, the adhesive sticks much better and the pads stay in place more reliably. The contoured shape also feels natural against the nose instead of creating pressure points. The silicone itself feels soft and comfortable, and the added thickness helps lift glasses slightly higher on the face if needed. That ended up helping both with fit and reducing how often glasses needed adjusting throughout the day. The anti-slip effect works really well too. Glasses stay in position much better during normal movement, especially for smoother plastic frames that tend to slide constantly. The pads also blend in fairly well depending on frame color. The black version looks pretty natural on darker frames and doesnโt stand out much once installed. The only real downside is long-term adhesive durability. They hold very well at first, but depending on skin oils, heat, and how much the glasses are handled, the adhesive can eventually weaken over time and may need replacement. Removing leftover adhesive can also take a little patience if the pads are left on for a long period. Still, for the price, these are a really inexpensive and effective fix for uncomfortable or constantly slipping glasses. Comfortable, easy to install, and genuinely useful for improving fit and stability.

My go to nose pads
None of these will last โlong.โ The environment (sweaty greasy noses) is just not hospitable. That said, by washing your glasses bridge with soap and then 70+ percent alcohol, you can get them to last almost 3 weeks. Theyโll start to loosen after 14-17 days. I just keep reapplying or recentering them for several more days to extend use to 3 weeks before peeling the loose one off and starting over. I like that GMS pads come on sheets of ten. Some brands are just a pile of individual pads in a small baggy and trying to peel the backing off of a single tiny nose pad is near impossible most times. GMS also makes several different thicknesses so just find the right depth to elevate your glasses just right.

Good, but not long-lasting
I have trouble with plastic frames touching my cheekbones, and I got these in hopes that they would raise my new glasses just enough to alleviate that. I also wanted to prevent my glasses from slipping when I sweat. They're pretty good, but perhaps not a long-term solution. They're easy to attach, they're very comfortable, and they're very effective for what I wanted them to do. And I think they blend in well. The price I spent ($14.99 for ten pairs) seems reasonable. However, I don't know how long they'll last. I put them on just over a week ago and one of them is already losing its adhesiveness. I didn't expect them to last forever, and I'm glad the adhesive doesn't seem to damage the plastic, but I was hoping for at least 4-6 weeks. I'm not sure if I'll continue to buy them if I go through the ten pairs I got.

Easy application, but don't stay attached long
These turned out to be a little too thick for the width of my nose, but worked out well just to keep my plastic frame glasses from sliding down. The pads aren't very noticeable when wearing the glasses, which is another plus. They are easy to apply, and seem to be standard size for the nose pieces without hanging over. One of the issues I have with them is that the application really is about every two weeks before replacement because the glue begins to lose its adhesive. I wish they lasted longer. The other issue is that if you're sweating, your glasses will fall down your nose anyway, regardless of the pads.

Easy fix to eyeglass fit.
Easy to apply. Allows me to wear my glasses without them sliding or nose pain. Adjusted my eyeglasses to fit without having to change frames. Recommend.

Wrong adhesive for sure...
I got these for my wife and she thought they were great, but after about two weeks the adhesive softened and they started moving around and we had to reposition them over and over, well, just put on a new pair right? Wrong, in doing so, some of the adhesive from the old set got on her lenses and became a nightmare to remove. I went through 5 lens cleaner towelettes and still some remains and if you do not switch to a fresh one with every swipe you recontaminate the lens sometimes worse then when you started. If you get some on your lense you will unfortunately find out what I mean. I had ordered another set before we discovered this flaw. It turned a 5 minute job into a 45 minute ordeal. Sorry folks, great idea wrong adhesive.

Nosepads work!
This is my second time ordering. I got the thin notepads the first time. I now am wearing the medium which feels better, and does not raise the eyeglass level, so I can see just fine.
