Missing parts!
Frustrating to open on Christmas morning and not have the 4 bolts needed to make it work. 😡 From the other reviews below that I just now saw, seems like this is a recurring problem. All the stores are closed today. Inexcusable for a company to do this.

my kids love this! I bought it for Christmas. the assembly took a bit longer than I anticipated, but once we figured it out it was ok. I have a 14 year old and 11 year old and they both love love love this. Good gift.

Missing the nuts to put the seat together. Update, got seat put together, and it was a blast until the straps that hold the cart into the Hoover board snapped before the end of the first day.
