Nice scraper for cleaning juice grooves. A little difficult to burnish though. Maybe it's just lack of experience . You need a thin rod to get all the way around.

I'm a novice hobbyist woodworker. I literally just started doing any kind of fine woodworking 2 months ago. I bought this juice groove scraper as well as their flat scraper for use on cutting boards and figured wood that tears out easily. I have yet to make a cutting board, so they have just sat in my shop unused. On a whim I decided to bust out the juice groove scraper to help shape this curly maple spoon i made for my wife. I hogged out the rough shape with a ball grinder attachment, bit it was going to be a ton of work to sand even. Having never used a card scraper before in my life, i started shaping the spoon with this juice groove card... unbelievable! It's SOOO easy! I can't even stress how effortless it was too shape this curly hard maple with the card. It's idiot-proof. It's like scraping a freshly sharpened steak knife over a stick of butter. Just unbelievably smooth and total control over material removal. No issues with the figuring either. I'm so glad I tried this thing out. I just bought all of DFT's other scrapers. Totally worth it.

Fantastic product. It serves a niche need and well. It was recommended through a social media group and well worth the money. Wish I knew about this years ago.

The best way I’ve found to clear out the router burn marks on my cuttings boards. If you are holding a rounded piece of wood wrapped with sand paper, and trying to remove the burn marks in the grooves of your cutting boards, this is the better way.

I’m a carpenter and I make a lot of cutting boards and this is so handy for juice grooves. Especially in corners, for burn marks, and to even up the depth of your router if it wasn’t perfect. Must have in the shop. Looking forward to using for other projects
