Instant relief from irritated and sore nostrils, can breathe much easier now. Easy to use. Made a massive difference to me.

I have suffered with sinus infections all my life - the most recent one being 4 days - absolutely agony in 35 degree heat. This arrived today and was like a miracle - released all the gunk and relieved the pain behind my cheekbone. Wish I had tried this before - highly recommend and easy to use.

Easy to use

I was advised to use a Neti Pot by my ENT specialist. At first I was a bit nervous of using it, but now, I use it at least once a day.This is a great starter set, giving you the bottle, sprays, salt solution and a bag.Fantastic price and happy to recommend.

I learnt many years ago that a neti pot could be used for sinus cleaning which I have done whenever I have had a particularly bad cold with blocked nose - however I made do with a plastic cup, some salt and a syringe! Not very elegant and a bit messy. Some years later I was given similar advice from an ENT clinic on how to use the same method. This kit makes that a lot easier and also contains some spray bottles which is a bonus for those with children as saline spray for kids seems hard to come by on the high street (unless completely overpriced!). Though the main bottle can be used for kids with the alternative tips. So this kit is a win all round. In principle neti pots are used every day, much like brushing teeth but all these routines add up - again you should use cooled, boiled water or distilled but I find warm tap water (we don't have a tank in the loft so it's mains fed) a bit more tolerable. The bottle is designed to be tipped upside down and then you press the button to allow air in whilst tilting your head to the side and letting the solution flush from one side of your nose and out the other - it's a weird sensation but if you suffer from sinus infections as I sometimes do it's brilliant. It may occassionally feel like you've dunked your head in a swimming pool and get 'brain ache'. I'd probably only half fill the bottle or do half one side and then half the other. The sachets of mix are essentially salt but handy to have the right amount in one packet. Other than that, for hygiene, make sure everything is rinsed and dried afterwards and don't share!

The media could not be loaded.  This came well packaged and we'll made there's 80 sachets of the mix (essentially salt) I found it easy to put together and easy to use the two tips one for children one for adults are easy to distinguish once you've read the instructions the one with four holes is for children and the other is just one hole. The easy action of the on off switch is good works well. The pouch illustrated isn't the colour I got so I'm guessing that's a random colour but not an issue it fits the bottle and a few sachets in. The bottle holds 300ml and If you don't use it all you can put it in the small spray bottles. The mix dissolves within seconds so no reall waiting bit do give it a little shake. Great bundle for the price would recommend.
