Cast iron wax melt.
I love this! I need to place more than one tea light underneath.

Cute warmer!
I do wish this would have been electric, but I bought a huge bag of tea lights. I use about 2 a day. I was able to fit 4 squares of wax into mine, with room to spare, so despite it's size, it can actually hold quite a bit. I have Scentsy wax in it, so it's half of a container. I light it in the morning, then again in the early evening, and it works very well. I keep mine on the stove (electric flat top, but it would set fine on a stove with regular burners), because it's a candle and not electric, so that works out well. The only issue I had is that I didn't like how the tea lights go directly onto the little plate at the bottom, so I wedged a little tea light holder in it. Personal preference, and I was able to get it how I wanted it, so that is a plus.I love this so much that I took a picture of it and sent it to my sister and told my sisters and mom about it so they could possibly get one, as well. It would make a great gift.

I got a pan.
Looks like everybody got there bottom half in the rest of the reviews so I’m just confused. Where’s the stand? Where is the only component that makes this a wax warmer? I mean I’m gonna send it back and reorder but I like now I just a have a tiny cast iron pan, which is cute but not $23 cute.

It's Ok...
I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but I'm happy with it. I've used the pan for scented wax melts (any brand will work, they all melt the same) every day for the past couple weeks. I haven't had any black coating bleed off the pan. Please be aware that the pan gets hot and it's not attached to the stand. This set *has* to be kept out of reach of children and pets. I can't stress that enough.Measurements needed for refillable oil candles:height from holding plate to the pan- 2.25"width of plate area for the candle- 1.75"If you're wanting to use a refillable oil candle, it has to be within these measurements for it to fit. The height of the glass candle needs to be 1-2" tall with a width smaller than 1.75" due to the curls of the legs to work. Sadly, an oil candle so small would require regular filling if you'll be using this wax melting set often. It's a cute set and I like the concept, but it needs some improvements. It would be better if the plate that holds the candle was attached higher up on the legs. If you have a piece of wood or metal that will fit on top of the curls of the legs, you can set the tea candle on it and it would work well. The candle would be closer to the pan and it would also reduce the risk of the heat damaging surfaces that the stand is sitting on. As a precaution, mine is sitting on a wide candle holder.I'm using the long lasting 8-10 hour tea candles. They're 3/4" tall. For the flame to be close enough to heat the pan and melt the wax, I have to use two candles- one sitting on top of another. I worry about the stability of that, though. To "fix" the problem I'm going to make a candleholder to sit on the plate that will look like a campfire. :)It would also be better if the ring on the bottom of the pan fit into the ring at the top of the stand. As it is, the pan could easily be nudged or knocked off center by an accidental bump, kids, pets, etc. If the ring on the bottom of the pan fit into the ring on the top of the stand, the pan would be more stable and it would lessen the chances of a wax spill.

A great nostalgic gift.
Very simple to use, no moving parts. Caution must be used when you use it where small children and pets are present due to the candle required.

currently my favorite thing ever
I LOVE this item! I've been looking at wax burners for a while now and whenever I saw this one I just thought it was so darn cute that I absolutely HAD to get it. I wish I would have ordered two.I was so excited when it came in. It's perfect. The miniature cast iron skillet is even heavy and textured like an actual cast iron skillet! I put one tea light upside down as a base to hold other tea lights closer to the skillet! I got the idea to do so from another purchasing customer who suggested it in the reviews. I lit the candle, went to the store, and came back about 30 minutes later and, boy, let me tell ya... The WHOLE HOUSE was smellin like spiced pumpkin pie! It works sooo well. Everyone needs one of these!
