I have replaced my original grips on my pull-up bar with this. The original grips did not endure and have torn. So far, this grip tape has endured tears. You need to clean in once in a while as your skin and dust may get stuck on the grip tape.

Compre este producto hace 1 año, durante ese tiempo cambie alrededor de 3 veces la cinta a mi barra expuesta en el jardin, mi barra era muy resbalosa hasta que la pinte a brocha usando un anti oxidante, esta cinta hizo que los muscle ups, hangs, todo se haga mas comodo aunque igual tengo que acudir a chalk y limpiar de vez en cuando con agua para quitar polvo, muchas gracias por hacer mis workouts bastante mejor y cuidar mis antebrazos, recomendado.

Works well! My Bowflex dumbbell handle (rubber) finally lost its “grip” and would around and I’d get the black residue from it and finally got tired of it. (Mind you I’ve had this dumbbells for over ten years!!) So I search around and found this tape it works well and I’ve had it on for a few months and still hold on strong! I got the bigger size but if you’re just doing something this small I suggest the smaller size one. (Unless you think you’ll mess up putting it on lol)
