I use MCT Powder almost daily in my post workout hot cocoa. It adds some quality fast-absorbing fats and creams/froths/thickens up the drink.I like this because it is good value for money, organic, high quality, and easy to take on the go.As a health coach, I'd recommend this product.

Be careful if you are sensitive
This is extreme fast brain energy so start slow if you are prone to anxiety or irritable when stimulated too much!Don't take too much too fast! Slowly increase your doseDon't make the same mistake I did lolI started getting anxiety with 1 tbsp in my morning coffee after tripling my dose and then my evenings dose caused insomniaBetter to take with a meal instead of an empty stomachHelps with appetite and Def a mind stimulant!

Garbage. Smells bad.
I use mct powder with acacia fiber every day in my coffee. I tried this brand July 5, 2022. It smells like a chemical I do not recognize. It is not good. It is really bad. It had a chalky taste. I want to return it, but apparently can not, even though I bought it through Prime.I’m upset, because I was trying to save money, and instead, have wasted money on garbage. When people are trying to save money, it means they are afraid. Fearful people are already riding a really uncomfortable edge.

Subscription product not eligible for return
The bag of mct powder was opened and also had a large hole on side of bag. Because this is a subscription order it’s not eligible for a replacement. This order should be as honored as a normal order - I’m fearful of using the product and have no recourse except to cancel subscription.

Good find, I wish it were in a canister
Powdered grease, who knew? This powder dissolves well in liquid (as with all powders, better if you make a little paste first). In the mouth it melts into slightly sweet oily goodness (coconut oil is a laxative, so don't overdo that). Also as with all powders the zipper bag is problematic - once you get any powder in the zipper (pretty much the first time the bag is opened) the zipper wont seal anymore. Give how moisture-loving this stuff is, a bag that doesn't seal well is a very bad thing. So, I strongly suggest decanting, or putting the bag in another bag. But I also wish the company had put this in a screw top canister. Bags are lighter, so in theory greener, but canisters are reusable, and in my area recyclable, so maybe no.

Nice and Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed! I love measurable MCT oil that’s in a powder so I can add this to mini things including my smoothies without having some oily residue floating up to the top and separating. This stuff has been a absolute blessing to use for cooking and making drinks for me.Nothing special to save out the taste because it’s basically a bland substance which is really there just to give you the MCT oil delivery which it does just fine.We order a lot from this company I have never had a single problem with the company, packaging or quality of products and I will keep using them for many years to come so try this MCT powder as I believe you will find it to be one of the best options to add to your normal diet or specialized keto diet. I do hope this helps you and gives you a little bit of security knowing that when you order this you will not be let down.

Sound healthy but not very tasty
I got this powder with the intention of using it in place of where I need a dry version of coconut milk for cooking. while the content seems very healthy, it doesn’t have much creamy flavor as what I normally get from coconut milk. Back in the day, I used to make coconut milk from dry old coconut meat and adjust the amount of creaminess by using more or less water, you can get coconut milk in a can nowadays, which is more convenient but depending on the brand, some more watered down than others and do not taste as creamy. This powder is more like the watered down version, it still has a bit of a coconut flavor but not that strong. It doesn’t give me much a creamy flavor when mixed in tea and coffee either. Maybe I expected more because I’m used to using whole milk and condensed coconut milk, someone who is more used to reduced fat milk would find it a good alternative.
