These are nice place matts, very neutral and would go with any decor. Only complaint. They arrived folded. I had to steam them to get them to lay flat. These need to be stored rolled not folded.

They arrived packaged and folded, so despite my best efforts they do not sit flat on the table. Maybe after using them for a while they might flatten down. They are heat resistant, no sign of any damage to my table after using hot plates. The plates don't move on the mat, however the whole mat including the plate on top is quite slidy on the table (I'm waiting for my dinner to end up in my lap). Quite flimsy, but seem to do what they're intended for.
