Fantastic labels for the price!
These labels are fantastic. I switched to them from the more expensive Avery labels after getting some really bad Avery ones (some folks say the Avery ones stick better, but the last box I wasted $40 on didn't stick at all, not to cardboard and definitely not to the paper-type 3M bubble mailers I use for my Etsy shop). With no means of contacting Avery other than by phone, I decided I was done with them. I got those labels through Amazon (sold by Amazon, too, I believe), so if they were fake (others also got labels like the ones I got and were told by Avery that they were fakes), Amazon was duped? I just don't trust Avery anymore. These labels, however, stick wonderfully. I've never had a problem with them peeling up in shipment. In fact, I just received an unclaimed package back that went all the way to Italy and came back to me over the course of a few months and the label is still on, firm and perfectly readable.I print using an old HP laser printer (2600n), and I always choose the paper type (labels) to avoid jams and print quality issues. To date (and I just ordered my 3rd box of these), I have had absolutely zero issues with these labels. I print 1 or 2 labels at a time, and my printer has no problems feeding the backing plus the other label half through for a 2nd label later. Peeling off just one label is super easy. I don't get why some folks have such problems with it. I bend the backing slightly at the middle, grab the corner and peel. Easy peasy. Even doing this, I can still feed the other half through my printer without it jamming. They are see through, but I don't frequently re-use packaging since I mostly use small bubble mailers and occasionally USPS Priority Mail padded flat rate envelopes, so that's really not an issue for me. If I do re-use packaging, I just stick one of the 'unsticky' old Avery labels I never used under it or a plain piece of paper to block out the old label.Overall, for the price of these labels, I can't complain at all. They do the job. I will keep buying them for sure!

Excellent labels for the price.
I have ordered these labels twice now - the first time I was a bit hesitant, but after running through the first package, I ordered another immediately.I sell online and ship many packages - these labels are a HUGE time saver and the "Best Print" brand provides significant savings over the Avery half sheet labels. I use them with a Canon MP495 wireless laser printer and have had absolutely no issues with smearing, smudging, curling, etc. They work exactly as they should and adhere well to Kraft bubble mailers, cardboard boxes, and even Tyvek envelopes. Though I doubt that they are "weatherproof," I have not encountered any issues with smearing or peeling due to moisture. If enough moisture is getting to your packages to damage these labels, I would suggest finding another spot for your packages that might provide better protection from the elements. :) If you have problems with the labels curling, I would suggest leaving them in their original packaging when not in use (rather than keeping them in the printer's paper tray). Some other reviewers stated that these are too transparent for placing over existing labels. In my experience, if you look closely enough, you CAN see the original label through the Best Print label, but not enough so that I think a customer would notice or care. The existing label is not legible at all when covered, so it is certainly not an issue in terms of the barcode beneath being visible. My only real issue (I can't even call it a complaint) is that sometimes it can take a couple tries to catch the corner with your finger to peel the label from the backing. In short, if you are looking for a way to give your packages a more professional look and save yourself some time on printing and attaching labels without cutting into your margins, I highly recommend these labels.

For ebay, best when used multiples of two
I regularly ship items on ebay and needed a quick and simple solution to substitute my primitive clip and tape method I had resorted to after changes in ebay’s shipping solution rendered my old labels obsolete. I purchased these labels based on the positive feedback of my other satisfied reviewers. I have found these labels to be an excellent solution for my low volume shipping needs with one caveat; as many reviewers have noted, you may waste a label when shipping an item on ebay. There is a solution but it is circumstantial in that you will need to print labels for two shipments, or number of shipments in multiples of two. Instead of clicking the “print shipping label” link at the right of you listing, select the check box on the left of your item awaiting shipment then under the “shipping action “ contextual drop down menu select “print shipping labels or invoices”. Once you have paid for your shipping the following window will provide you with checkboxes for items you wish to print, labels, invoices, packing lists, and scan sheets for your postal carrier. Uncheck all the boxes except for the labels and click next. The labels will open in a separate window so once you have loaded and printed your labels you can close it and take another printing action using the checkboxes in the still open window. Of course this only works when you need to ship in multiples of two but it has worked pretty well for me so far. I hope this is helpful!A quick review:PROS:• Cheap; approx. $0.05 a label when printing 2 at a time.• Good adhesion, labels seem to stick well and I have not had any issue with delivery.• Work well with my Canon laser printerCONS:• Circumstantial value; as is often the case, you only have one label to print and will essentially be consuming 2 labels. This will double label cost but $0.10 is still pretty reasonable in my opinion.• Not really a con but a label is half a sheet so you may have about a half inch border around your label after printing. If you are shipping a smaller package simply trim down the label before removing it from the backing.
