Slightly bigger than what I expected it to be and sometimes while trying to remove it from the back, it’s a bit hard and the bottom sticking part tends to come off from the diamond stone, so that’s a bit tricky sometimes but other than that, I think it’s OK

These look like real diamond stud earrings set in gold. They are very sticky and have no issues sticking on skin or other surfaces (such as rocks). Which, I put them all over my face and painted rocks just to test them.
